Your Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead GAVL C&B guidance including but not limited to:
- Benchmarking support and guidance
- Reward and Recognition framework and overview,
- Drive Policy Review changes and updates in line with market and organization needs
- Drive Extra Mile Scheme and help business deliver its objectives
- Run Annual Compensation Cycle in line to industry, employee and organization requirements
- Drive Employee Productivity initiatives at GAVL.
Performance Management:
Drive culture of Hi Performance:
- Manage end to end Performance Management process from goal to end ratings and ensure fair and equitable performance review
- Drive hi Performance with initiatives like Goal Library, Goal Audits etc
- Strengthen managerial capability for effective feedback conversations and GCF feedback
- Drive Performance Coaching culture and effectiveness initiative to help organization deliver its objectives.
HR Analytics:
- Drive Insights from data for meaningful actions
- Performance & Low Performance along with Compensation analysis
- Analyze the data for all the strategic projects
Shared Services:
- Ensure best in class employee experience from all HR Shared services and employee life cycle processes
- Manage PF & Gratuity Related Trust Activities
- Drive Blue Collar HRMS project
- Ensure 100% statutory compliances for Labour as well as Board meetings
- Accurate Payroll management and validation for smooth employee experience
