General Manager Marketing - Godrej Properties Limited
Your Roles & Responsibilities:
- Evangelize and find opportunities for development and integration of the Godrej Properties Purpose and Positioning across business activities and functions across the East -West Zone.
- Lead and coordinate large-scale brand projects from concept to completion.
- Develop and analyze relevant brand and product insights.
- Convert customer insights into outstanding brand experiences for the customers.
- Communicate brand experiences and insights as brand stories through creative development.
- Ensure adoption and usage of the Godrej Properties brand identity and Tone of Voice across all channels of communication and creating sustainable frameworks for adoption of the same.
- Implementation of cross-team frameworks, developing new collaboration structures, developing and implementing functional strategies
- Work as part of a central team with some projects focusing on specific markets and others being cross-market.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders as you will interface with different departments such as business marketing + product + sales (consumer brand + partner brand) , HR (employer brand), and finance + legal + strategy (investor brand
- Skilled in crafting senior leadership communication and strategic narratives for the brand.
Qualification: MBA / Master of Communications / Master of Advertising from a premier college / B School
Experience: 10+ years of professional experience as project manager in marketing, corporate branding, or brand strategy with real estate developer.
Critical Skills:- Experience in managing the content of projects.
- Strong understanding of brand marketing and brand experience; experience in positioning and repositioning of brands is a plus.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from inception to completion.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Ability to work in a highly cross-functional environment and drive stakeholder alignment and consistent communication.
- Ability to organize content and provide direction in case of ambiguity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as fluency in English.
