We are looking for a motivated Direct Sales professional to drive sales for our Pune projects.
The ideal candidate will excel in meeting customers, negotiating and closing sales, and supporting various marketing campaigns to generate high volumes of business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive direct sales for Pune projects by actively engaging with customers and prospects.
- Conduct meetings with potential clients to present and discuss project details.
- Negotiate terms and close sales effectively to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Support and execute various marketing campaigns, including below-the-line (BTL) activities, to enhance lead generation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are effectively reaching and engaging potential customers.
- Call and follow up on assigned leads to convert prospects into sales.
- Improve the lead-to-conversion ratio by employing effective sales strategies and techniques.
- Share detailed analysis and insights on leads, bookings, customer trends, and market dynamics.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales with a proven track record of direct sales success.
- Strong ability to engage with customers, negotiate deals, and close sales.
- Experience in supporting and executing marketing campaigns, including BTL activities.
- Proficient in managing leads and improving conversion ratios.
- Analytical skills to track and report on sales performance and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
