Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cross Sales Manager to join our team.
This role is pivotal in driving sales for our Pune projects from non-Pune Rest of India (ROI) markets.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in real estate sales and a proven track record in channel sales and distribution networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team focused on generating business for Pune projects from ROI markets.
- Develop and execute strategies to source and secure business opportunities from non-Pune markets.
- Leverage existing channels and distribution networks in key markets such as Mumbai, NCR, and Bangalore to drive sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and distribution networks.
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to devise effective sales strategies.
- Develop and implement outreach plans for channel partners (CP) in ROI markets to maximize business opportunities.
- Establish connections with potential customers and assist the team in closing deals.
- Provide support throughout the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and successful transactions.
- Strategize and allocate resources effectively to achieve sales targets in ROI markets.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales strategies and adjust as needed to meet objectives.
Necessary Skills:
- Proven ability to lead and manage a sales team effectively.
- Extensive experience in channel sales and distribution networks in Mumbai, NCR, Bangalore, and other key markets.
- Strong understanding of market trends and ability to develop actionable strategies.
- Ability to strategize and execute outreach plans for channel partners in ROI markets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with customers and facilitate deal closures.
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in handling scale and navigating ambiguity.
