About the role:

As a Diversity, Inclusion and Campus Consultant, you will be a key player in executing and customising diversity and inclusion (D&I) and campus strategies at the zone level, collaborating with the central team to ensure seamless implementation and impactful interventions and fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent sourcing support and inclusive onboarding:

- Partner with the Zonal Talent Acquisition team to identify and attract diverse candidates, particularly from LGBTQ and persons with disability (PwD) communities

- Execute an inclusive onboarding process for new hires, ensuring sensitivity and awareness.

- Conduct monthly training sessions for all new employees on sensitisation and awareness programs.

Program management:

- Oversee the execution of internship programs such as the Pride Internship and Internship for PwDs in the respective zones

- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for interns and actively engage with them throughout their internship tenure tracking the milestones during their internship journey to have maximum conversion to full-time employees

- Responsible for the smooth execution of other D&I programs and initiatives such as the Mentorship program, Accessibility Initiatives and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) including 1-to-1 parental support and gender transition support

- Responsible for management of both graduate and post graduate campus batch placed in the zone.

HR Business Partnering for focused cohorts:

- Function as an HR Business Partner for focused cohorts, providing support and addressing their specific needs with the required sensitivity

- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through regular interactions and feedback mechanisms

Employee engagement for focused cohorts:

- Plan and execute celebrations and awareness initiatives for focused cohorts, including International Women's Day, Pride Month, Transgender Awareness Week, International Day for Awareness of PwD, etc.

- Act as a key support for zonal chapters of the Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) focused on D&I

- Collaborate with ERGs in organising events, workshops and initiatives

Who are we looking for?

Education: Postgraduate degree, preferably MBA, Psychology or Education

Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience, preferably in Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP), Centre of Excellence and Diversity and Inclusion roles

Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
