About the role:
As a Product ManagerPGR, Plant Nutrition & Fungicides, you will be responsible for developing and leading the category of GAVL through innovative strategies for branding, sales promotions, new product launches, and product life cycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing plan & strategy for products/product categories.
- Monitor industry, market, and competitive trends for the concerned product category through formal market research and networking (competitor product performance, pricing, promotions schemes, and new product introductions).
- Identify new market segments and formulate marketing plans for the same through due market research in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Develop new product launch strategies and ensure seamless implementation of product launch activities, in collaboration with Product Development, Field Sales, and Marketing team (for example, pre-launch activities, coverage plan, roll out of launch activities, follow-up actions, and post-launch activities).
- Collaborate with the Sales team and other stakeholders to support Sales & product forecasts.
Ensure PLC Management:
- Review and improvise on brand communication including key message points, USPs, regional strategies, and product stewardship with the support of concerned stakeholders (e. sales teams & field marketing).
- Provide technical inputs on the Product to Field Marketing managers and the Sales team.
- Prepare Product and crop Training Modules with support from concerned stakeholders.
- Develop and implement sales promotion schemes & campaigns for the product/product categories, in collaboration with the Sales and field marketing team (for example, product incentives, product discounts, and special offers, crop and product campaigns).
- Provide feedback to Product Development on new products / new business opportunities, based on market feedback, competitor intelligence, etc.

Experience:. At least 5-10 years of experience with exposure in sales and product Management roles.
