Your Role Summary:
- This role will lead all initiatives under the corporate services vertical. It entails administration of employee policy execution & management of online admin applications.
- The role incumbent will also be the Group interface with external agencies/ vendors pertaining to the above & be responsible for efficiently partnering with them.
Your Role Specifications:
- Management, provision & monitoring of necessary support to employees on policies and benefits concerning car lease scheme, health services (Company Medical Benefit Scheme & Health Check-up) & Sodexo food coupon issuance.
- Analysis & management of employee-wise records on benefits availed & expenses incurred.
- Allotment of staff / transit quarters and managing online guest house bookings.
- Responsible for managing corporate travel, ticketing & hotel bookings
- Lead vendor negotiations & establishing a sustainable, mutually beneficial relationship with them.
- Liasoning with government authorities for smooth and seamless compliance with required statutory & legal requirements
- Registration & certification of contractors / service providers’ bills & maintenance of records of all statutory coverage of such parties
- Employee records management through third party vendors
- Accountable for all communication related expenses viz. voice, data, landline, etc.
- Automation of corporate activities with a focus on seamless delivery of services to the end user
- Corporate event coordination
- Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualification:
- Graduation in any discipline,
- Post graduate in hospitality / administrative course would be preferred
- Minimum of 8 - 10 years of relevant management experience
Skills Required:
- Strong communication, analytical and decision making skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, must have the ability to work in a collaborative manner
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and Power-point.
- Skilful in planning tasks and able to prioritize
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and understand stakeholders expectations
- Exposure to vendor negotiation and management would be an added advantage
