Godrej Yummiez offers a range of frozen vegetarian and non-vegetarian ready-to-cook products. Our range is very aptly called Ghar Ka Fast Food. Our snacks range consists of more than 40 products, including Nuggets, Burger Patties, Salami, Sausages, Kababs, Sweet Corn, and Green Peas, among others.

Godrej Real Good Chicken range is known for its irresistible taste and unmatched tenderness. Whether it's succulent chicken breast or flavorful wings you're after, Real Good Chicken has your cravings covered. We get it - taste matters. Key responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and execute innovative and effective marketing strategies to enhance the market presence and sales of Yummiez & Real Good Chicken.

- Collaborate with other senior leaders to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

2. Product Marketing & Innovation:

- Leverage expertise in marketing cold chain and chilled fresh food products.

- Drive product innovation and differentiation to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

3. Sales and Marketing Integration:

- Ensure a seamless integration between sales and marketing efforts, maintaining a balance between the two functions for optimal business results.

- Collaborate with the Sales team to drive revenue growth and market share.

4. Brand Management:

- Lead the development and execution of brand strategies to enhance brand equity and customer loyalty.

- Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the value proposition of GTFL products.

5. Media Management, Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes.

- Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and refine marketing strategies.

- Lead Interface with advertisement, Media agency and research agency

6. Team Leadership and Development:

- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.

The Candidate:

Professional Experience:

- 10-12 years of consumer marketing & brand management experience within large consumer food companies in India.

- Should have independently led a category / brand with pan-India presence and a revenue exceeding Rs 200-250 cr.

- Deep experience of Indian consumers and diverse channels like Modern trade, E-commerce, and general trade. Ideally should have spent a few years in sales and/or key account management.

- Proven track record of delivering high growth through creating and deploying cutting-edge communication. Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to build brand & business plans based on sharp consumer & shopper insights.

- Experience of independently managing an ecosystem of agencies (advertising, media, PR) and should have a strong external network within the marketing community in India.

Who are we looking for?

Education:

MBA Marketing from a Tier 1/ Tier 2 B School.

Experience:

- 10-12 years of consumer marketing & brand management experience within large consumer food companies in India.
