Godrej Industries - DGM - Supply Chain Management

Key Responsibilities :

- As a Lead for SCM function, steer Supply Chain Planning and Supply Chain operations for the business.

- Maintain optimum inventory management, delivery service level and logistics cost

- Develop mid-to long-term financial targets.

- Assume End to End accountability by collaborating with new stake holders.

- Take Ownership and review processes which supports Business strategy and Annual Targets in the areas of Demand & Supply Planning, Distribution Planning, Negotiation, Safety and EHS, further lead and facilitate Sales and Operations Planning Locally and Regionally.

- Steer implementation of SCM strategy by liaising with other stakeholders.

- Drive digitalization and sustainability roadmap for the business

- Assume responsibility for positive outcome for major projects driven.

Needs to take ownership and proactively drive cost savings projects in various areas such as Cost To Serve etc., look for within the organization & Industry to implement BEST Practices (Warehousing and Logistics Services)

Qualification: A person must possess BE / B Tech degree and MBA or Diploma in Logistics and SCM
