In line with our 3X3 approach to international expansion, we are building a presence in 3 emerging markets (Asia, Africa, Latin America) across 3 categories (home care, personal wash, hair care). In 2010, we acquired the Indonesia-based Megasari group, a leader in household insecticides, air fresheners and baby care. With the acquisition of Rapidol and Kinky in South Africa, and the Darling Group, a leading pan-Africa hair care company, we have a strong presence in the fast growing African hair care market. We also have a business in the Middle East and a strong presence across SAARC countries.

What are we looking for : A seasoned finance head who can partner to grow the business to its next milestone by co-piloting with the Nigeria team and business head, while building strong governance, process compliance and business hygiene.

Some critical experiences that will help you succeed in this role are :

- CFO equivalent role of a mid-sized business in the range of 100-200 Mn$

- Functional roles across various areas in Finance.

- Led a complex operational project which contributed to significant efficiency improvement.

- Roles involving finance partnering with key areas of Sales, Marketing & Operations.

- Levers for success

- Co-pilot with business head to provide strategic support and financial partnering. Overall responsibility of Finance function and oversee legal function.

- Institutionalize stronger governance, process and compliance framework.

- Financial controlling, audits, finance operations, annual budget planning and compliance, cost accounting.

- Timely reporting, compliance to all local requirements, rolling estimates, CAPEX decisions, ROI on spends.
