Godrej Agrovet - Senior Manager - Safety

This role will lead the Safety function at Godrej Creamline Dairy Business.

YOUR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- To Drive the EHS culture in the plant and contribute in achieving - Zero Incidents- .

- To develop the policies & standards aligning to corporate safety guidelines

- Ensure the EHS legislative requirements are identified proactively & complied

- Ensure the Risk Assessment of all the facilities & processes is updated all the time

- Ensure workplace ergonomics, workplace monitoring & hygiene, implement controls

- Ensure coordination with & involvement of all the organisational persons in safety mgmt.

- Conduct regular plants & Chilling Centre- s, projects inspections / audits.

- Develop the contractor safety management system & ensure the effectiveness

- Ensure EHS is integrated in the business Mgmt. system

WHO YOU ARE:

- Any B.E. / B. Tech with Diploma in Industrial Safety (State or Central Technical Board)

- 8 - 12 years of relevant experience in Safety process

- Deep functional Knowledge about safety management systems like OHSAS, Risk Assessment, JHA, HAZOP, Behaviour-based safety Etc.
