Godrej Agrovet - Manager - Strategy - IIM/XLRI/FMS/MDI

YOUR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Drive strategy projects to drive growth or profitability - Strategy development and execution.

- Nature of projects could be Driving Inorganic growth, Increasing profitability of businesses (additional revenue streams, Cost reduction etc. ).

- Building future product pipeline, Evaluation of future Capex plans (Build vs. Buy vs. Lease).

- Exploring future Global Partnerships, Creating thought capital on Indian Agriculture among others.

- Engage and influence senior stakeholders

WHO YOU ARE:

- MBA from premier B -School with work experience of 1-3 years

- Must have 1-2 years of work experience in Strategy Consulting

- Excellent excel / power point skills, interpersonal and communication skills

- Prior exposure to Agriculture and Agribusiness preferred, but not mandatory

- Willing to travel extensively across the country.
