- Managing breeder farm operations: Ensuring proper health and biosecurity of the flock, manage entire operations, ensure SOP is followed strictly, so that ultimate company target/outcome is achieved: - Responsible for managing our end to end backend operations for breeder farm and hatchery for south region that includes hatchery operations, Coordination with feed mill for breeder feed product and guiding and advising the microbiologist - Responsible to internally train, groom and guide the team members: Development people - Secondary - Coordination with cross functional leaders from feed procurement, contract farming- cross functional stakeholders and alignment is a key ask - Developing data, MIS, Analytics will be required, he will be responsible to go through the set of complex data and come out with actions- Good in numbers, Analytics and critical thinking Position Requirements : A. Role Requirement: - Should have had Breeder farm exposure, COB 430 (70-75% share in India), exposure in cob breed - Should have had the experience of at least 10-12 years of relevant work experience - Should have passed BVsc veterinarian, Masters not necessary but an added advantage - specialization either in farm management, animal husbandry, disease, pathology
