Your Role Summary

Purpose of the job: The person in this role will contribute to the Talent Acquisition initiatives for all the Business units of GAVL, across various levels and departments. The person will also support with TA data analytics.

Job Specification:

- The Incumbent will play a critical role in head hunting, market mapping and ensuring initial screening of all candidates before forwarding the candidatures ahead to relevant stakeholders.

- The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining key data and prepare HR Dashboards at pre-defined frequencies such as Position Tracker, Candidate Tracker, Consultant Performance Metrics, Joining Dashboard, TAT report, post recruitment feedback report, candidate experience report etc.

- The incumbent will also be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination of all hiring activities such as candidate interview scheduling, candidate travel, travel reimbursement, feedback to candidates etc.

- Responsible for ensuring process compliance on Success Factors and in other offline TA processes as well as build process awareness in other regions/BUs.

- Actively identify concern areas in talent acquisition process and drive projects to improve the same.

- Take initiatives to drive cost effective hiring and use of social media platforms to source and close positions.

Who you are:

- MBA in HR (Preferred)

- 2-5 years experience in human resources function. Ideally should have spent 1-2 years in talent acquisition.

- Strong on analysis. Should have excellent skills as a strong area.

- Strong understanding of portals including LinkedIn, iimjobs etc and believes in cost effective sourcing.

- Should be process driven and assertive to drive talent acquisition agendas.

- Godrej Agrovet Limited (GAVL) is a diversified Agribusiness company with interests in Animal Feed, Crop Protection, Oil Palm, Dairy, and Poultry and Processed foods.

- The Animal Feed business is India's largest, selling over 1 million tons annually of high-quality feed and cutting-edge nutrition products for Dairy cattle, Poultry & Aquaculture.

- The Poultry business, best known for the two brands Real Good Chicken and Yummiez, is now a JV with Tyson Foods. We also have a foreign presence in Bangladesh through its Joint Venture with ACI. ACI Godrej manufactures and sells animal feed across Bangladesh.

- We have a controlling stake in Cream Line Dairy Products Limited - a leading Dairy player in South India, under the "Jersey"- Brand name.
