The incumbent would have below responsibilities
1. Act as central data and analytics SPOC for all corporate HR Centres of Excellence (TA, L&D, Comp & Ben etc.)
2. Periodic data collation from various stake holders and through the system
3. Providing strategic view to various stake holders through Excel and informative decks and Infographics for better decision making
4. Visualising the periodic dashboard for ease of understanding and decision making by HR leadership
