The Team
The current team consists of three people - Two Strategy professionals and One Agri Economist.
Role Summary :
Some work done by the team in last One year include- Driving Inorganic growth, Increasing profitability of businesses (additional revenue streams, Cost reduction etc. ), Building future product pipeline, Evaluation of future Capex plans (Build vs. Buy vs. Lease), Exploring future Global Partnerships, Creating thought capital on Indian Agriculture among others.
We are looking for a team member who is passionate about problem solving, is willing to work in a diverse business environment and is happy travelling to rural India to gauge ground realities and translate the same to business requirements.
- The incumbent should effectively partner business leaders in formulating strategic solutions to key problems/opportunities.
- The candidate should be able to apply strategic frameworks to different business scenarios, structure problem statements, develop hypothesis and solution themes, validate hypothesis using quantitative and qualitative analysis and effectively communicate the solution.
Position Requirements :
- MBA from premier B - Schools (FMS, ISB, IIMs, IRMA, MDI, XLRI, XIMB etc) with work experience of 1-3 years
- Must have 4-6 years of work experience in Strategy Consulting (ideally at Analyst / Consultant Level)
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
- Prior exposure to Agriculture and Agribusiness preferred, but not mandatory
