Section II : Job Purpose :
- The primary purpose of this role is to carry out Financial Risk Assessment & Coordinate with Investors / Bankers / PE Funds / Foreign Investors / Rating Agencies etc.
Section III : Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities of the role :
1. To carry out Financial Risk Assessment & Financial Projections.
2. To prepare regular Monthly / Quarterly / Annual MIS for Board meetings including Variance reports.
3. To coordinate with the PE investors & provide them regular feedback on progress of Business Plan.
4. To take out P & L Statement from SAP System, analyze the key movements, understand & report about external & internal factors that has impacted the business during the period & prepare a Management Report addressing the same.
5. To assist CFO preparing Finance & Investment Strategy, & preparing possible Financial models for infusion of Equity / debt
6. To carry out Forex Management
7. To coordinate with external Credit Rating agencies and provide inputs for improving the Ratings
8. To prepare CMA & other Financial data for Banks

Section V : Knowledge, Experience & Skills :
Educational Qualifications :
- Experience The Candidate should be CA or MBA in Finance or equivalent with about 3 to 5 years of Investor Relationship experience
- Key Competencies Excellent command over MS - Excel, Good knowledge of MIS reporting
- The person should be able to develop good rapport with the investors
- The person must have good presentation skills, especially in preparing Financial reports
