As the performance marketing manager, you should have in-depth experience in designing & executing campaigns for scale & conversion. The leader should have a passion for emerging digital technologies. You will work on forward-thinking ideas to build a strong brand presence across all performance marketing channels. You will also work with various agencies & third-party technologies to achieve performance marketing objectives. Ultimately, you should be able to drive all digital marketing efforts to achieve our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- The performance marketing manager will be responsible for the Acquisition and Activation of potential leads & prospects.
- Lead the execution of the inbound marketing campaigns from start to finish.
- Create a framework to set and evaluate goals for every campaign.
- Work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to define and establish campaign workflows.
- Track and report on KPIs across all acquisition channels to optimize ROI, including highlighting potential investment trade-offs between channels. Measure and report performance and growth on a regular basis.
- 4+ years of performance marketing experience.
- Demonstrable experience in leading and managing advertising campaigns on the Google search network, LinkedIn, and display network.
- You have a deep understanding of the LinkedIn Business Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads Manager tools.
- Validate optimization hypotheses through periodic A/B testing. Drive continuous improvement and optimization through experimentation, conversion rate optimization, retention, and re-engagement initiatives.
It helps support weekly and monthly reporting of channel metrics, goals, and other KPIs. Monitor web analytics dashboards and key reporting tools, pointing out key areas of importance.
