Key Responsibilities of this Role:
- Plan and execute growth strategies (both online and offline) for acquiring new customers and retain current customers
- Coordinate with Gobillion leadership teams to drive organic customer acquisition, execute and manage growth strategies
- Conduct quick experiments to validate hypotheses, and to arrive at data-driven decisions
- Coordinate with internal teams like product to drive user growth and get the right product mix
- Analyze customer needs and strategize with new user acquisition initiatives
- Lead user research, competitor benchmarking and guide the product roadmap
- Have strong background in utilizing digital media and offline marketing for growth
- Focus on optimizing the customer acquisition and retention
- Analyze customer behavior through data from targeted interviews, feedback, and usability tests
- Set and manage budget for sales growth and new business development
