Marketing Manager
We are looking for a growth marketing manager with an analytical mindset who will be responsible for generating, managing, and executing growth marketing initiatives on Twitter to drive the growth of the community and supplement the efforts for new users and increase daily active users.
1. Analyze product feature trends, user insights, and competitor landscape; put out effective data resources for driving growth strategies
2. Strategize, plan and execute digital marketing initiatives to acquire new users
3. Build and maintain the communities on various Web 2.0 and Web 3.0 social media platforms to drive awareness and organic traffic
4. Work with cross functional teams like product, content and data to effectively facilitate product feature promotion; track campaign implementation and data results
5. Drive paid content partnerships with local/regional influencers
6. Identify and manage relations with affiliate partners and local channels
7. Organize various community-building initiatives to cultivate and grow participation in community forums
8. Monitor and analyze community growth metrics to ensure creator engagement, retention, and satisfaction
Ideal Candidate Profile :
1. 3-6 Years of relevant experience in defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine growth and improvement
2. Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze and implement user growth strategy
3. Professional experience in product management, program management, and/or user growth
4. Deep Knowledge and Experience in SEO, Content seeding, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing and content marketing
5. Good teamwork spirit, strong management ability, clear logic, priority awareness, passion of social media trends and sense of responsibility
6. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively to drive campaigns within set timelines and budgets
7. Experience in managing Relations with external agencies and publisher partners
8. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong decision-making skills
9. Strategic smarts, including the ability to identify new opportunities, drive clarity, create focus, and make tough decisions in complex and dynamic contexts.
