Job Description:
- Drive the complete AtoZ of Human Resources department
- Hire the best pool of talent to help the company grow and scale rapidly by developing relevant processes, tests and systems and get the positions filled in both rural and urban areas in minimum possible time
- Scale and smoothen employee on-boarding, training and development processes,
- Set up policies, MIS processes, performance management and improvement systems
- Oversee and track department-wise current and future staffing needs, objectives and strategic goals by developing programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the dept. or the company,
- Design + administer Rewards, compensation & benefits metrics, along with various market competitive wage and salary structure, pay + retention policies, and variable pay systems within the company for bonuses and raises
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree or a MBA/PGDM in HR Management from a premier institute
- Good network, knowledge and prior work experience of minimum 3 years in hiring supply-chain executives and management, and organization development,
- Experience in hiring at remote locations - e.g. rural areas or plants etc.
- Experience in administering Human Resources programs and processes, esp. the Performance and Rewards programs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
- Ability to deal and negotiate with everyone in the organization, right from the ground level workforce to the top-level management
