Chartered Accountancy qualification is mandatory for this role.

I ) Financial Controller for Cargo segment :-

1. Preparation of Monthly PNL summary for Management.

2. Month end closing of Provisions, GL Scrutiny.

3. Monitoring GST & TDS.

4. Liaising with Statutory & Internal Auditors

5. Dealing with Government Bodies for different work as per the requirement.

6. Reviewing and Monitoring of Receivables (Agents) and Payables (Vendors).

7. Proactively drive the Strategic Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting.

8. Preparing business Model for pricing strategies, schemes and promotions to customers and channel.

9. MIS Reporting

10. Process analysis and development.

II ) Commercial for Sales & Marketing and Support functions :-

1. Perform regular analysis, provide consumer insights & business update on key drivers for revenue enhancement and margin improvement.

2. Drive focus for cost optimization.

3. Forecasting & Budgeting. Budget V/s Actual Monitoring.

4. Continuous Vendor Negotiation.

5. Monitoring Business KPI. Driving Sales Incentives schemes.

6. Provide insightful, timely and value added input with suggestions for corrective action, where required so that management team can take timely decisions on all concerns.

7. Maintain an effective control environment by identifying potential risk areas / process design gaps and developing solutions including potential automation initiatives to eliminate risks and minimize revenue leakage / loss in all respects.

III ) Commercial MIS

1. Driving insightful MIS for management - Booked / Flown / Sector / Channel

2. Competition Analysis.
