GoAir - Manager - eCommerce

Job Purpose

Responsible for managing sales through GoAir website and other digital media.

Key Accountabilities :-

1. Together with the DGM- E-Commerce is responsible for the achievement of E-Commerce channel targets for Sales, Flown Revenue and Cash Collection.

2. Develops online marketing strategies to drive traffic to www.GoAir.in through, search engines, banner placements, alliances, email marketing and other appropriate channels to drive bookings.

3. Assists in integrating offline communications in support of communication plans designed to achieve larger organizational objectives.

4. Analyzes booking data across sectors/products to provide insights and opportunities to increase bookings.

5. Analyzes web traffic data to arrive at specific trends - growth/dip and device strategy to combat challenges.

6. Creates and amplify web based promotions via different online channels - search, social, display, email to segmented database to drive bookings on www.GoAir.in.

7. Conduct site audit in order to identify the improvement areas in order to make the site SEO friendly and ensure site is available in organic listing across identified search terms to drive qualified traffic and hence bookings.

8. Monthly update of website content - promotions, product updates, banners to push services, coverage of online PR and press releases, update of the campaign creative.

9. Drive efficient SEM, SEO and Display campaign by increasing effectiveness with respect to look to book ratio and effective cost per booking.

10. Tie-up with the top 3-5 meta search engines to drive qualified traffic.

11. Improve web check-ins to reduce overall cost at airports.

12. Evaluate alliance partnership in order to push seasonal promotions to the highly segmented alliance database/ event tie-up.
