- Ensuring rationale behind each pricing and inventory action and be accountable
- Maintaining sector profiles and business rules documentation at sector level in line with cost of the sector and market dynamics.
- Segmentation of key products and setup of Market groups in the system for macro control in Revenue management software.
- AiRRM setting changes.
- Forecast correction.
- Optimizer enhancements.
- Business rule settings review and modifications.
- Time windows mapping
- Forecast accuracy analysis
- Seasonality update
- Event Management and Alerts
- Updation and enhancement of of group models and bid cost models.
- Competitive influence
- MIS and analysis on Daily Sales
- Identification of Distress sales in liaison with Flight analysts
- Yield improvement through Alert and Flag actioning.
- Analyzes the data set to predict and forecast company's performance for future and monitor the market trends.
- Works towards automation of revenue management system.
- Studies competitive schedules and distribution channel mix in the assigned market and identify strategies to improve revenue.
- Decision making based on historical load factors and achieving the budgeted SF, ATV and Revenue targets.
