Who Should Apply?
1. Those passionate about both the B2B Sales and creative process in the business of entertainment.
2. Minimum 5 years/Maximum 10 years of experience. Minimum 3 years of content sales experience. Your personal growth trajectory is however more important than your years of experience.
3. Deal-making capabilities. You will eat-sleep-breathe deal-making for licensing and development contracts. It is stressful for some and invigorating for others.
4. Approach the sales process with finesse and depth as compared to a commodity sales approach. We reject more content than we agree to distribute.
5. Most importantly, a stickler for process and operating guidelines. Process and CRM discipline is of paramount importance to us.
6. You have extensive AdSales/ B2B media sales experience.
