Role - Your will-be's
You will own the end-to-end performance, experience, and growth of GoNoise.com. You'll lead cross-functional teams across product, content, tech, design, marketing, and data to scale the website as a high-conversion, high-traffic growth engine and premium brand destination.
You are both a digital growth strategist and an obsessive executor-someone who thinks long-term but also loves rolling up their sleeves to get things done.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Roadmap:
- Build and drive the short and long-term D2C website strategy, aligned with business goals.
- Define KPIs: traffic, CVR, AOV, revenue, CLTV, and bounce rate, and set clear benchmarks.
Site Performance & Growth:
- Own P&L for GoNoise.com, optimizing for top-line growth and bottom-line efficiency.
- Partner with Growth, Product, and Performance Marketing teams to drive qualified traffic and maximize conversion.
- Leverage insights from heatmaps, funnels, and analytics to improve user flows.
Consumer Experience & Journey:
- Champion personalized shopping experiences, fast checkout flows, and seamless product discovery.
- Constantly A/B test features and copy to enhance UX and performance.
- Deeply understand and act on consumer journeys using behavioral analytics (GA, Mixpanel, Hotjar, etc.).
Tech & Product Leadership:
- Collaborate with Tech/Product teams to evolve the site stack: performance, uptime, SEO, and page load speed.
- Guide product roadmap for CMS, search, recommendation engine, and loyalty integrations.
Merchandising & Content:
- Drive the vision for storytelling, category merchandising, homepage updates, and seasonal refreshes.
- Collaborate with Brand and Design to bring product launches and campaigns alive on-site.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Work closely with category, growth, design, customer service, and warehousing teams for a seamless customer journey.
- Build and lead a high-performance team with a sharp bias toward data, experimentation, and execution.
The ideal Noisemaker:
- 8-12 years of experience in eCommerce, growth, or D2C roles with 2-4 years in leadership.
- Proven track record of owning and scaling a high-performing eCommerce site (traffic, CVR, revenue).
- Strong grasp of eCommerce metrics, funnels, consumer behavior, and CRO tools.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus, headless commerce, or custom stacks is a big plus.
- Data-driven, structured thinker, and a strong problem-solver with business acumen.
- Startup mindset: bias for action, accountability, and velocity.
