- Perform keyword research in coordination with client's business
- Generating reports on daily/ weekly and monthly basis
- Preparing performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
- Hands on monthly / quarterly forecasting
- Efficient in team management of minimum 50 employees
- Co-ordinate with quality team, MIS team and Client Services to create a delivery plan
- Come up with suitable technique to ensure timely deliveries of campaigns
- Capacity Planning
- Maintain floor productivity above 70%
- Solving the issues of the employees, grievance handling on the floor etc.
- Maintain attrition and attendance percentages of the processes as per the business requirements
- Reviewing the team's performances and sharing the feedback on timely basis
- Review the current incentive plans and suggest a plan as per the market standard
- Identify points for process Improvement
- Responsible for managing the team leaders and assigning the task to them for the smooth functioning of the process
- Responsible for all strategic accounts and help in maintaining campaign reports to project allocation and headcount count planning
