- GoMassive is looking to hire a high-energy, action-oriented hustler to work as Lead - Startup Engagement Program @ Gurgaon and engage with startups and offer them a bouquet of services provided by GoMassive!

- GoMassive Earth Network (GEN), set up in 2017, is India's first Climate Tech-focused incubator/accelerator and VC fund sponsor (Climate Angels Fund).

- Climate Angels Fund is a 130 Crore Climate Tech-focused investment fund with 18 investments so far.

- GoMassive, as part of its Foundation (Massive Earth Foundation), has run accelerator/incubator programs for UNEP, AWS, Amplus Solar, International Finance Corporation (IFC), etc.

- We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Lead - Startup Engagement Program, who will engage - with startups and provide support through various GoMassive services,

The Role:

- This role combines business development, community engagement, and strategic partnerships to support early-stage startups.

- You will drive the coworking space's appeal to new startups, create valuable experiences for the community through engaging webinars & events, and onboard key partners that help our startups scale and expand their business.

You must have:

- 1-3 years of experience within the startup ecosystem, venture capital, or innovation sector.

- Strong understanding of the challenges startups face at different stages of growth and the ability to provide relevant, actionable support.

- Proven track record of managing successful programs, partnerships, and teams.

- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong network in the startup, venture capital, and tech communities.

- Exposure to digital tools and experience in Canva/Figma is an added advantage.

- Flair to write winning e-mails and create top-notch presentations
