Product Manager/Specialist

- Responsible for success of the Product and work to ensure that product meets customer expectations and business goals.

- Understanding & representing Customer needs.

- Monitoring market and developing competitive analysis.

- Defining product roadmap, Prioritizing product features and capabilities.

- Participate in sprint planning and work size estimation.

- Get story detailing done, prototype done and buying from customer/Stakeholders.

- Review & agree with technical solutioning of the product considering future needs of the product.

- Develop standardization along with tech leaders for the product.

- Help team to identify impact across systems/modules.

- Own the testing of the product.

- Get the product collateral- Sales/Marketing/Implementation/User done along with product release.

- Accept final product.

- Support Sales in closing business deals

- Over all 15 Years with 10+ Yrs in Experience Lending Product Management & Development. Hands-on In- depth experience of Loan credit processing, Loan Management and recovery management.

- Deep product thinking to cater various market/geography and varying business product needs.
