gNxt Systems - Principal Consultant/Subject Matter Expert - Lending

The Principal Consultants/Subject Matter Experts will lead the AurionPro Fintech Services engagement working with specific Fintech providers and their end customers in -

- Requirement gathering and translation of the same into Stories/Functional Specifications.

- Scoping and estimating the same in terms of effort and story points.

- Working with the Delivery Managers to detail the delivery plan (scope, QA gate, and timelines).

- Delivery management including training, scope change request management, and assisting in the test cycle.

- Be advocates for the Team from a Domain perspective - ensuring the team stay up to date on the happenings in the industry and advance in knowledge and competency.

- 9+ years in the Fintech and IT Services industry with deep domain knowledge of the Lending eco-system.

- Strong domain experience of having worked in the Lending eco-system especially the Auto finance and Asset finance industry either from within the BFSI segment or a fintech provider with solutions on this segment.

- Technically skilled with experience in Microsoft Technologies (.net full stack, ASP Net, PL/SQL, C#). Knowledge of working with BLD.

- NUnit and Selenium skills would be an added plus.

- Recognized Financial services industry domain leader Impeccable verbal and written Communication skills. Highly collaborative.

- Familiarity with Hybrid-Agile delivery models.

- Leading or working with multi-disciplinary professional services teams with a demonstrated role model/mentor and people development track record.
