The Candidate will be responsible for :
- Understanding the role in detail and creating a strategy to build a healthy pipeline.
- Identifying which mediums/methods/sources/channels would work best for the roles you are working for and not limited to the traditional job portals.
- Using technology and its advancements to create a proactive and ongoing talent pool.
- Identifying bottlenecks in the selection process and partnering with your hiring manager on resolving those.
- Being a talent advisor to your stakeholders.
- Delivering great customer satisfaction for both internal and external stakeholders like your candidates, leaders, hiring managers, and peers.
- Focusing on creating strategies and processes that will deliver superior candidate experience.
- Driving operational excellence throughout the recruitment process.
- Partnering with the Hiring Manager to work on common projects that will impact the cost, time, and quality of hire.
- Continuously learning about market trends and applying your learnings to the current processes
Requirements (Desires skills & experience) :
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in recruitment across all levels of positions
- Strong experience in using search strings on various platforms and not limited to LinkedIn & Naukri
- Prior expertise in working with an ATS would be an added advantage.
- Great prioritization skills and ability to juggle multiple roles without impacting the priority and criticality of any of the mandates.
- Expertise in managing relationships through being solution-oriented and high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and spoken communication
- Competencies required: Self-motivated, persistent, influential, negotiation, goal-oriented, and organized.
Skills/criteria:
- Experience in the service industry - preferably Insurance,
- Entire experience in recruitment and bulk hiring
- Should be good with recruitment analytics and database
- Age 27 -35
- Education - Graduate or pref MBA HR
