Develop digital product strategy
- Accountable for omni-channel retail product strategy, products discovery and roadmap plan in line with the business objectives which includes product ideation, feature rollouts, user onboarding, testing, and user feedback analysis
- Take complete ownership of product KPIs, product ideation & launch and integration with ERP, CRM, CMS & POS
- Act as a consultant between business teams and technology teams / partners
- Review As-is state of digital products / platforms to chart the product improvements which can help the business reach To-be state
- Act as in-house digital expert with regular updation of the latest developments ; strong knowledge of modern product management best practices, functional design and software development methodologies
- Identify and collaborate with right partners to enhance digital know-how and enhance usability of digital products / platforms and hence deliver better UX/CX for web/mobile platforms and create delightful customer experience
- Prepare scope of work (SoW) and business requirements/specification documents
Launch new digital products / implement new technology initiatives
- Oversee the product life-cycle from ideation to implementation to ensure a seamless transition into releases and grow our product with aggressive deadlines
- Break down a product into functionalities and articulate them in epics and user stories to be developed by the tech team;
- Work in fast-paced Agile environment to plan and oversee day-to-day development activities, managing work against competing deliverables
- Understands basic project management
- Should be able to negotiate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders in terms of resource required, timelines / commercial aspects
- Research on the competitive landscape and industry best practices
- Create and execute roll out plan and testing strategy (A/B testing, before/after etc.)
- Coordinating with internal departments for marketing or collateral support as required including with Category, Ops team & SPG Team
- Follow-ups with internal and external vendors for the execution of marketing initiatives
Manage existing digital platforms and continuously improve customer experience
- Manage the current web / mobile app and improve the UI/UX and deliver better customer experience
- Lead and execute the Omni-channel plans and influence customers to make use of these platforms to the best extent
- Work closely with external partners and internal teams and guide them for technology integration from process point of view
- Drive content updation SKUs / creatives / videos / Ads on web/mobile app
Strengthen HDF brand presence on digital platforms - perception, awareness & advertising
- Create & sustain HDF identity in sync with the strategic business plan of the organization
- Analyzing HDF digital brand positioning and consumer insights
- Translating brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
- Align the company around the brands direction, choices and tactics
- Marketing in Digital Media & relevant channels. Focus on ROI to increase cost effectiveness of campaigns
- Manage the creative agency as per agreed SLAs. Develop copy/content, creative designs of marketing communication materials for publicizing campaigns, promotional offers, product launches, etc
- Analyze latest marketing trends and track competitors activities and provide inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies
Leverage the performance marketing and fuel the growth in brands digital objectives
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Design, build and maintain HDF social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Corporate Communication & Media Relations
- Plan, develop and execute company's PR programs
- Develop new avenues of exciting corporate communication strategies in social media, passenger experience and favorable positioning of the organization by managing media, placement of contributory articles and liaising with various stakeholders
