- Identify new catchment regions and create Strategic Alliances with Tier 2 & 3 Airports, Seaports, ICD, CFS and set up Bonded and Non Bonded network for generating cargo diversions.

- Collaborate with Operation and Security teams for creating and setting up SOP's for special handling / Limited period projects/ New Projects

- Design and Implement New Business Development Strategies initiatives for developing end to end cool chain solution with Shippers, Bonded Truckers, Refer Truckers, Dom Airlines, International Airlines & Cold box solution providers like Envirotainer, Vaqtainer, SkyCell, Opticooler etc.

- Drive New Business / High Yield Cargo Revenue Streams through Strategic Business Partnership with Shippers / Agents/ Airlines / Regulatory Bodies and ensure AOP is achieved.

- Conduct Periodic Interactions with Airline's Regional and Global heads for driving Cargo volume through Hyderabad Cargo Terminal

- Participate in Local / Regional / National / International trade conference regularly and generate leads & prospects through business networking.

- Design and develop new product / commodity line

- Drive and Promote Business and Marketing activities through road shows & customer meets in catchment regions

- Manage Stakeholder and Conducting periodic business meetings with Airlines, Shippers & Agents for Business plan and Projections.

- Analyze market trends and track competitor 's activities and provide inputs for growth strategy

Customer Engagement

- Key Account Management & Grievance Redressals

- Play Active Role in GMR Cargo Initiatives as SPOC - Innovate

- Learn & Implement New Ideas for Improvement.

- Conduct Half yearly / yearly CSAT survey

- Media Communications and Branding

- Corporate Business Development Tie ups with Cargo & Airport related magazines for enhancing brand visibility through articles and social media campaigns.

- Conduct primary and secondary survey for Annual AOP planning.

- Analyze market trends and track competitor's activities and provide inputs for fine tuning existing business plan
