Role & Responsibilities:
- Responsible to facilitate Key Account Management, Handle concessionaires & be the key point of contact for all retailer grievances.
- Responsible for the sales of the concessionaires, Marketing, Promotions, Events, loyalty programs etc.
- Investigate & analyse the concessionaire sales & through puts & facilitate sales enhancement & support.
- Responsible for Market research, Price comparisons, Best practices in competing airports & downtown and consumer feedback
- Liaison with all internal & external stakeholders for smooth operations of any approved projects
- Understands key contract terms and conditions in detail and provides analysis and assurance in the development and execution of key contracts.
- Present monthly & quarterly sales analysis to the management for the responsible concessionaires.
Functional Competency Requirements:
- Knowledge of supply chain management
- Basic knowledge of financial planning
- Ability to develop pricing policies on leasing /sale/rentals and maintenance charges
- Ability to collate and analyse data
- Basic understanding of passenger behaviours and profiles
- Ability to plan promotions, events, loyalty programs etc. for passengers and retailers
- Ability to facilitate draft agreements and contracts
- Ability to ensure execution of contracts
- Ability to evaluate pricing structures, commercial space pricing around the areas of the airport and in the geographical location of airport
- Ability to manage key accounts
- Ability to develop business case

Experience and Qualification:
- Post-Graduation with Marketing/Operations Specialization from a Reputed B School or university.
- Excellent Verbal & written English communication skills
- Work Experience of at least Eight (8) years of experience in BD/Key Account Management
