Title of the position: Manager/AGM - Project Finance

Yrs of Experience Required: 8-10 Years for Manager 12+ Years for AGM

Important Note: Educational qualification required is BE+ MBA

Job Description:

- Finalize financial model for the assigned project and arrange for debt and equity.

- Calculate the debt and equity requirements for new bids or projects and organize to arrange for funds.

- Achieve shareholders agreements for the projects.

- Manage and maximize return on investment from the project. Maintain and leverage relationship with financial institutions, banks, lenders, equity lenders, consultants and advisor.

- Provide active support during the project bidding, development and execution phase by resolving all finance related issue. Meet with all pre-disbursal and post disbursal compliance.

- Should have at least 6 years of experience in projects within the power sector and must have hands on experience during financial closure and site construction phase on projects.

- Should have good understanding of EPC contract.

- Should have managed large team consisting of different agencies and companies.
