Diversions: Drive Cargo Diversion from immediate and extended catchment of HYD airport

Engage with Shippers, Forwarders, Airlines, Regulatory Bodies & Logistical Solution Providers for routing enhanced volumes via HYD through innovative logistical solution.

Strategy & AOP for Cargo & Revenue for HYD Cargo

Achieve AOP Tonnage (Export, Import, Domestic Inbound and Outbound, Pharma Zone etc.

Make-up Plan in case of slower growth

Cargo Airline/Freighter Marketing: Drive growth initiatives with Regional & Global Heads of Airlines for frequency/ flight upgrade & attracting new freighter/ charter airline.

Cargo Tonnage Growth: Maintain relationship with station manager of Cargo Airline to maximize the utilization of available capacity at Hyderabad

Liaise with Airlines, Forwarders & Shippers to offer competitive rates to existing & newer segments at HYD for optimum uplift.

Regulatory Liaison: Interact with Govt. Agencies/ Regulators for Facilitation of Trade

Promotion: Tie-up/ Joint Promotion with State Departments for facilitation of cargo movement from HYD airport

Trade Grievance Redressal: Identify and Address trade issues incl. areas of improvement in service levels, infrastructure, regulatory facilities at airport and in the region

Strategic Alliances: Strategic Alliances with Airports, ICD, CFS's, Seaports, Cool-chain Solution Providers and set-up Bonded & Non-Bonded network for Cargo from new locations

High Yield Cargo: Drive new BD Strategy for high yield cargo viz. Cool-chain Cargo, Charters, Imports Transshipments, Live Animals etc.

New Cargo Categories/ Products: Facilitate movement of Fruits & Vegetables, Marine, Live Stock, Meat, Flowers, Garments, Pharma etc. as per trade requirements

- Develop new products through allied infra development: Fruits & Vegetable Packhouses, Transhsipment,

- Expansion of Cool Container Station

- Live Animal Goat Shed

- Cool Zone in terminal to attract cool-chain Fruits & Vegetables

Allied Processing Facilities: Drive Regulatory Bodies/ Trade/ Shippers to develop multi-user Allied facilities etc. Integrated Fruits, Vegetable & Marine Pack-houses, Irradiation Facility through Private Developers & Government

Stake-holder Management: Forge Partnerships, Incentive Schemes for Forwarders, Shippers, Truckers, Airlines, Regulators to ensure cargo is routed via HYD

- Maintain relationship with a large no. of end consumer and intermediaries- Shipper/ Consignee, Agents, Forwarders, Truckers & Logistical Service Providers

- Stakeholder Management, Drive the Territory Managers, Customer Pipeline Management using both Hunting & Farming Techniques

Marketing & Promotion-

- Increasing the visibility of the Hyd Air Cargo in Industry by organizing Stakeholder Events; Regional Road-shows & Customer Meets

- Strategic Sponsorships & Participation in national & International Forums

- Face of the Organization & Speaker at various Forums & Conferences.

- Winning Various Industry Awards

Media Communications, Brand Building & Management

- Drive Company's PR Program

- Corporate Tie-ups with Media for enhancing Brand Visibility

- Website Content Management

- New Avenues of exciting Corporate Communication strategies for Media, Print & Social Media Campaigns

Business Research/MIS

- Capture Shipment level details from Hermes as well as Cargo Documents and convert intro meaningful Data Tables for Internal Business Analytics, Cargo Airline Marketing and Station Updates

- Competitive Intelligence, MIS

Team Development and Management

- Engage with the team to motivate & up-skill them and foster teamwork, understand and address their concerns and provide a collaborative environment for them to develop.
