General Manager - HR Operations (Hyderabad International Airport)
- Adhere to the statutory compliances of GHIAL, JVs and subsidiary companies.
- Centralization & improvise HR processes of JVs, subsidiaries' through integrated GHIAL HR team.
- Strategizing the Implementation to corporate initiative like manpower optimization, organization redesign etc
Organization HR, ER & Operations Planning and Implementation :
- Preparation of HR-ops budget, Value for Money Initiatives, Implementation of Group policies, Administering the welfare schemes, disciplinary proceedings including enquiries and timely decisions to team members.
Regulatory and Compliance Management :
- Ensure timely compliance with Govt/Statutory authorities regarding labour laws, Employee relations, and safety and employee well-being, obtaining the GOs from time to time from Govt of Telengana, liaising with applicable depts.
IR and Contract Workforce Management :
- Lead discussions and Negotiations with the contractors in term of different settlements & grievances and drive a positive employee relations environment.
- Trade union activities.
Stakeholders Management Internal & External :
- Manage the public relations for the establishment with all external and internal stakeholders like local government authorities, Local politicians, to develop mutually beneficial relationships and manage crisis effectively.
- Crisis Management - Industrial unrest and relations.
RGIA community development : Organizing Games & sports, Safety training programs, Knowledge sharing sessions.
Special Projects :
- Business excellence initiative, British safety certifications, Integrated Managements, Drive shared services activities. Cross functional projects, Coordination with senior leader ship team for special visits in Night time, EASA audits, and Airlines audits.
- Achieving the BE score for the organization by improving scores of workforce & leadership categories
- Engage with SSC team and ensure SLA adherence and achieve improvements & efficiency.
- On time completion of payroll and other HR Admin related activities.
- Payroll of subsidiaries (APFT, Hotels, etc)
- Engage closely with Talent Management & leverage for cross functional team culture
