Accountabilities:

Facilitate & Support GCM for management control and Review:

- Facilitate and implement management control, & review as per agreed schedule for the sector responsible for, from GCM office

- Provide independent inputs analysis to GCM for the Airports related GHB reviews :

- Strat Plan and AOP for Sector

- Half year Sector Review

- New Business decisions and bidding related inputs (Go/No Go)

- Strategies formulation

Plan and facilitate reviews as per requirement and GCM's site visits and reviews, provide critical inputs on issues:

- Ensured regular cycle of site visit and review for all the projects that are being implemented

- Undertake independent site visit to understand and sensitize GCM about challenges /issues at sites

- Ensure monitoring and follow up on the actions points as per agreed time lines by the project /sector

- Follow up and support the implementation of all the key strategic and business initiatives, mainly monitoring from GCM office

Update on issues:

- Constant sector inputs highlighting the key issues, opportunities and challenges by sending on going mails on developments, issues etc.

- Tracking the industry/sector trends, highlight important developments and keep updated about the industry

- External stakeholders, peers info, policies impacting business

Special Projects and Other Business/Functions Support

- Alert GCM on critical / urgent / sensitive / confidential issues

- On and off support for corporate functions and other businesses

GCMs External and Internal Communication Support

- Prepare all the GCMs Speeches and Talks for external events (GCM as Chief Guest, Keynote Speaker, Interviews, Articles etc- )

- Prepare internal communications for Group like GCM Speaks, Group level mails etc-

Key Performance Indicators:

- GCMs timely and quality reviews

- ATRs tracking proactively

- Timely update to GCM

- GCMs timely and quality reviews

- ATRs tracking proactively

- Timely update to GCM

- Timely and proactive update to GCM

- GCM should be kept informed 24 X 7

- Release the bandwidth of GCM by taking on additional responsibilities

- Direct Feedback from GCM
