- AOP/Strat Plan - Preparation of AOP and Stratplan and maintaining tracker of implementation for HR
- MIS - Preparation and Tracking MIS of Human Resources function
- PDM - Ensuring completion of PDM and cascading goals from PHR to all Direct and functional reports.
- PMP - Program Managing the PMP process for the entire group
- Compenben - Compensation benchmarking and analysis of sector and JRL wise banding.
- M1-M3 - Responsible for PMP and other related matters like contract extension and other benefits of all M1-M3 across the group
- Benchmarking - Establishing HR networking all HR Policies process study
- Policies - Designing, Develop and implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance
- New Initiatives -Driving new HR initiatives
- Worked in the Corporate HR & responsible for designing, developing & implementation wrt C&B, PMP, OD
- Should have experience as a generalist HR role, while should have experience in CHR
Education Qualification- MBA/MSW with Post qualification experience of 7-10 Yrs
