Chief Of Staff

Strategic Planning and Execution:

- Assist the promoter in developing and implementing strategic initiatives.

- Track and drive the completion of key deliverables, following up on outstanding items.

- Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives.

- Oversee daily operations to ensure strategic alignment with the company's goals.

- Advise promoter on various strategic initiatives

Stakeholder Management:

- Act as a liaison between the promoter and other executives, staff, and external stakeholders.

- Manage executive communications, including the preparation of reports, presentations, and briefs on behalf of promoter's office.

- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Project Management:

- Lead special projects and initiatives as directed by the promoter.

- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and performance metrics.

- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Team Leadership and Development:

- Supervise and mentor junior staff and administrative personnel.

- Foster a positive and productive work environment.

- Promote professional development and continuous learning within the team.

Crisis Management:

- Develop and implement crisis management plans and protocols.

- Act as a point of contact during emergencies, coordinating responses and communications.

Office Management:

- Oversee the administrative functions of the office, ensuring efficient operations.

- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures

INTERACTIONS:

- External - Roles you need to interact with outside the organization to enable success in your day to day work

- Group CXOs, Consultants, Project Managers, Sr. Government/PSU officials/Financial Institutions & Banks, Analysts, Investors, PE Investors, Professional Associations, CII, FICCI, ASSOCHAM, Technical & Equipment vendors etc

- Internal - Roles you need to interact with inside the organization to enable success in your day to day work

Sr. Management teams of the Energy & Airport sector & IT Team

Frequent interactions with Promoter /Promoter office

Skills And Knowledge:


- This position requires a highly analytical, strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work closely directly with senior leadership

- Fluent in English with strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

- Go-getter attitude and willingness to be hands-on with a strong ability to communicate and work collaboratively with others

- Experience in working cross-functionally, and with various stakeholders and exerted a high degree of influence across several teams/functions leading to successful outcomes

- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills

- Must be data-savvy and good at crunching numbers.

- Ability to work under pressure & ambiguity and deliver tangible business impact in time-critical situations

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science / Statistics / Math / Engineering / Economics / Finance

- Master's degree in management or related field

Relevant and total years of Experience:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior administrative or management role, preferably in a promoter's office.

- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.

- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

- High level of discretion and confidentiality.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

- High degree of professionalism and integrity.

- Proactive, with a strong sense of initiative and accountability.
