The position of AGM - Business Integration is intended to serve as a focal point in the CEO's Office coordinating, integrating and tracking various Passenger Experience oriented projects and initiatives across the airport, spanning all departments/functions and key external stakeholders such as government/regulatory agencies working at the airport, airlines and other concessionaires.

Key Accountabilities

- Project/Initiative Planning, Implementation & Monitoring

- Work with internal/external teams to envisage and prepare plans intended to enhance passenger experience, operational efficiency and service quality

- Engage with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO's Office to expedite the implementation and completion of the project/initiative

- Timely planning/completion of project/initiative

- Proactive Monitoring of Airport Passenger Experience & Service Quality

- Closely monitor the airport's operations and service delivery across various touchpoints and offerings to offer direct and independent feedback to CEO on Service Quality & Passenger Experience

- Recommend/suggest interventions and improvements to ensure a high level of passenger

Stakeholder Engagement

- Engage with key stakeholders in the airport community to further the efforts on key issues related to passenger experience and service quality

- Prepare and submit an MIS to CEO on the progress of key passenger experience focused projects initiatives and other assigned tasks

- To take ownership of planning and implementation of special projects and tasks assigned by CEO from time to time

INTERACTIONS

External - Goyt. & Regulatory agencies:

Liaise and engage with government/regulatory agencies such as BCAS/CISF/BOI in support of specifie initiatives/projects

Internal - Various Business & Operational Heads For planning and coordinating various passenger experience focused initiatives and projects

External - Coordination with other external stakeholders Coordinate with external agencies including service providers, contraciors and various airport community stakeholders as required to support any specific initiatives/projects

Internal - CEO and Senior Management

Coordinate, monitor and oversee implementation of various passenger experience focused initiatives on behalf CEO and prepare regular briefings and updates to CEO on the progress being made in individual initiatives.

Other Dimensions

Accountable for getting cooperation and coordination from multiple different stakeholders & departments for timely and effective implementation of passenger experience focused initiatives and projects on behalf of the Office of the CEO.
