Job Description :

We are hiring a business analyst to join our project team. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing.

Responsibilities :

- Understands product strategy, market, industry, and client goals for Retail Deposit products and processing.

- Contributes to prioritization discussions with Product Managers; employs Weighted Shortest Job First (WSJF) thinking to provide insightful input.

- Works with stakeholders to understand business problem statements and convert them into user stories.

- Articulates product vision and user stories in a manner clearly understandable to development teams.

- Manages backlog of user stories for one or more products or components - understands end-to-end business processes.

- Establishes user story acceptance criteria, accepts user stories, refines stories with Scrum teams.

- Provides immediate and accessible feedback on a daily basis to the scrum team(s) to ensure application changes meet acceptance criteria.

- Participates in Iteration planning and Program Increment Planning activities with the development scrum teams.

- Monitors the development progress and provides updates to stakeholders, as requested.

- Applies Agile methods and processes and encourages frequent inspection and adaptation of ongoing work product.

- Leads planning and review meetings to communicate feedback on development achievements.

Requirements, Skills & Qualifications :

- A bachelor's degree in business or related field or an MBA.

- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.

- Advanced technical skills.

- Excellent documentation skills.

- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

- Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.

- A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
