Key Result Area:
- Project Management- Monitor the progress of Projects and resolve bottlenecks during project cycle, in order to facilitate smooth and timely completion of projects
- Pre-Execution, Execution of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Power Evacuation, Logistic, Land acquisition, Material management, administration approval from concern authority for current 170MW project and 176 MW upcoming Project
- Resolve people issues within Staff and with contractors in order smooth functioning of project.
- Monitor and review project delivery through follow up of timelines and activities schedules, resource allocation, quality assurance, cost for project delivery and the technical aspects.
- Project Development- Responsible for getting required Approvals from the Govt. & concerned departments for setting up Wind Power Project as-
- Project registration, Administrative Approval.
- Power Evacuation Approval, Drawing Approval, Inspection and Charging Permission from CEIG.
- Getting Required NOC
- Co-ordinate and support other departments for streamlining of development process.
- Land Planning & acquisition- Responsible for Procurement & Land Acquisition of Private / Revenue Land/Tribal Land. Co-ordination with survey agencies with demarcation and plotting of area- .
- Responsible for the Land acquisition (Revenue/Private) as per micro setting.
- Budget prepare for proposed land acquisition for upcoming project.
- Monitoring of micro-setting as location survey, Road & transmission line survey as per pre-execution plan.
- Project Budgeting - Prepare BOQ, Cost Plan and budgets for overall Wind power project as- ..
- CIVIL -Road, CD work, SBC testing, WTGs Foundation,
- ELECTRICAL -33KV HT line, USS of WTGs and 33Kv line ROW
- POWER E EVACUATION-220/33KV EHT substation, 220KV ETH transmission line. 220KV line ROW cost,
- LAND - WTGs location area, Proposed Road,
- Project Planning- Responsible for overall Project Execution planning for Wind power Project- .
- CIVIL-Re-source, Survey and Execution planning for SBC testing, WTGs foundation, Road, CD work, Crane platform, RE-Engineering work, back filling, UUS Fencing as per business plan.
- ELECTRICAL-Re-source, Survey and Execution planning for 33KV HT D/c S/c line, USS as per business plan.
- Mechanical-Logistic survey, WTGs material transportation, Crane, WTGs Erection plan as per business
- Power Evacuation - Finalization route survey, check survey, tower profile for 220KV EHT line, 220/33KV EHT Substation execution and commissioning planning.
- Technical Analysis & Costing -Responsible for Technical analysis for 33KV, and 220KV transmission line and Substation
- 33KV- Design for 33kv grid within a wind farm with controlled %losses, cost & time including inputs for site.
- Technical optimization on Electrical Equipment & infrastructures based on numerous case study of PCN through Power system study.
- Electrical infrastructure Specification preparation and technical support to all departments.
- 220KV EHT line - Drawing analysis, Prepare BOM as per Tower profile and substation as drawing.
Atleast 15 years of experience preferably from Wind Farms / Wind Energy, Wind Power organisations
- Experience in technical evaluation
- More emphasis on wind turbine technology, wind turbine equipments and evacuation infrastructure. Also should also have some knowledge of wind resource analysis.
