- Identifying M&A opportunity

- Identifying expansion and growth opportunity in India ang Globally

- Ensuring proper running of current business process flows and procedures

- Lobbying with key personnel of government /MPs for HIGREN and other products

- Ensuring all plants expansions are running as per plan and future expansions and planned out 5 Years plan/10 Years plan

- Financial Management, Dealing with Financial Institutions

- All miscellaneous activities to build brand image of corporation CSR, HPL Foundation, Plantations, Events, PR and Marketing of Corporate level

- Promotion of products at Corporate levels-through attending and speaking at various events by representing HPL.

- Website up gradation and maintenance

- Functional M&A, Due Diligence, Corporate development, Liasioning Financial Management, Strategist

- Behavioural Entrepreneurial Leadership, Influential, Persuasive Planning & Organizing

- Managerial Team Management and People Development

Salary Range Rs. 35 to 50 LPA
