Job Profile :-
- Create a culture of success and goal achievement.
- Manage the sales teams, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth.
- Designing and formulating business plan
- Setting business targets and distributing it appropriately to sales teams in different states/geographies
- Ensure achievement of set targets by providing necessary guidance and support
- Ensure adherence of policies and processes by sales team by effective monitoring and supervision
- Closely coordinate with Audit team to ensure timely identification of any gaps and compliance
- Closely interact with middle level team to identify performers and ensuring their skill development resulting in relevant elevation of team members
- Periodically study competitors and their practices to understand market trends and adapt to respond to the situation
- Contribute to & support departmental new initiatives and workarounds to overcome the system constraints.
- Align with the values of the organization with focus on Integrity, impact, innovation,customer centricity and trust.
Candidate Requirement :
- MBA Finance.
- Have a thorough knowledge of micro finance business
- Able to manage a Large Team - Pan India Level
