Job Description; GM / VP Brand development - Rabbies

- The purpose of this role is to develop and execute multi-channel brand marketing and promotional programs that support brand growth. Market analysis and Strategic planning to increase the sale.
Principal Accountabilities :
Brand Development:
- Complete market analysis, competitive landscape of Rabbies vaccine, disease and epidemiology awareness
- Discussion and strategic planning through interaction with KOLs in the field of Rabies vaccine
- Develop and implement the organisational marketing strategy in order to increase external brand awareness and understanding to develop and maintain appropriate promotional and marketing material
- Develop and direct multi-channel, cross-channel, channel-specific, product and promotional related marketing programs to achieve brand strategy and business goals.
- Employ a variety of communications tools: print advertising, public relations, direct marketing, strategic partnerships, events marketing and local/community initiatives.
Business Plan:
- To identify and develop new and innovative opportunities for Interactive to access additional and sustainable sources of income through the creation of a diverse and robust income generation strategy.
- To secure a yearly set target of additional un-restricted income for Interactive through product, services and sponsorship.
- Develop and execute a rolling 12 month marketing and promotional calendar to drive traffic, profitable sales, and engage the target customer with the brand.
- To increase portfolio of services and products based on a full understanding of organisational capacity and potential and market demand and opportunities.
- To develop, market and sell those products and services to potential clients across. Develop a robust portfolio to build relationships with appropriate bodies within the corporate sector.
- To build, coordinate and, where appropriate, lead on the development of partnerships that have the potential of increasing Interactive access to additional income.
- To provide regular reports to the Chief Executive, Board of Trustees and external
- Ensure that best of class project management practices are employed to deliver all marketing communications within strategy, budget, and deadline.
- Develop a strong integrated marketing team. Ensure best practices in the development of marketing programs
- Develop, optimize and track annual brand marketing budget
