- Owning and continuous improvement to the Transition Methodology
- Thoroughness of Project Planning
- Thoroughness of Project tracking – Risk, Issue and Milestone management
- Identify areas for efficiency improvement, implementing the same
- Build close rapport with key client managers
- Strong focus on revenues – balance risks with speed of execution
- Handling prospect/ Client presentations
- Respond to RFI/ RFPs along with team
- Mentor junior members of Transitions team
