ROLE SPECIFICATIONS
- Responsible for recruiting for positions across levels, primarily for corporate functions and specific requirements in businesses.
- Be involved in leadership sourcing across Godrej companies
- Review the current recruitment process at Godrej and identify areas of improvement to create higher impact
- Project manage the various phases of managing technology transformation and enhancement of the recruitment process
- Drive process adherence and capturing of all relevant information on the recruitment system
- Lead data analytics on all recruitment parameters and utilize the insights for process enhancements
- Identify and implement assessment tools for candidature selection
- Manage the candidate experience and ensure seamless interaction
- Responsible for identifying and mapping the external talent pool towards critical positions within the organization and create a strong succession planning pool
- Explore different sources of recruitment to optimize recruitment costs
- Identify and engage with recruitment partners, negotiate terms of service and alignment with our policy
QUALIFICATION
- The person must have in depth expertise and understanding of talent acquisition across different positions and specialist roles.
- 7 -9 years of strong experience in recruitments, candidate assessments, fitment analysis and onboarding
- Exposure and use of technology platforms in the talent acquisition space
- MBA in HR preferred.
- Good to have - Certification on assessment tools
