GM- Solutions & Pre-Sales

Location-Mumbai

Person with strong solution design & consulting experience in BPO, preferably with exposure in Retail, Financial, Healthcare,F&A, Travel industries.

Location- Mumbai (Malad or Goregaon)

Reporting Manager- VP- Operations and Solutions

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Lead BPO solution design & consulting.- Managing end to end solution design

2. Will be responsible for meeting revenue targets

3. Program manage large RFPs till completion, managing various tracks, stakeholders etc

4. Create solution frameworks, support Platform solutions, partnerships with vendors

5. Involved in due diligence and transitions

Other Experience

1. Prior roles in operations or quality is an added advantage

2. Exposure to clients globally or global delivery is preferred

4. Strong expertise in various pricing models, contract structuring is required
