Looking for 5+ years of experience in Sales Training, previous experience in sales.
Job role:
- Who would be managing sales training for Pan India.
- Understanding of sales process, preferably with capability building experience.
- Evaluate strengths and weaknesses to identify training needs.
- Schedule individual and team training plans on a regular basis.

- For all sales associates
- For all channels.
Module Development
- Access App content
- Develop content basis gaps and needs keeping in mind the local language needs
Training Deployment
- Deploy content as per aligned deployment strategy through self / external support
- Train sales line managers for on the job coaching
- Induction & orientation of new sales joiners
Sales Capability Scorecard
- Deploy capability scorecard & track performance
- Develop & Track sales incentive program
